Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation. The closer the event date, the higher the charges.
Refunds may be issued if services are not delivered as agreed or in case of duplicate payment errors.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days directly to your original payment method.
Note: Advance vendor payments may be non-refundable as they are used to block dates and resources.
